I did have an issue where i needed to pay a fee for Canada importation tax through UPS website so my package could cross the border, so if you ship it to canada keep a close eye on the tracker, if a COD payment is required, wait a day or 2 and a "Pay now" option will appear on the UPS tracking page. That is what happened to me. FreeMotion has refunded me 100% of that amount. So shipping IS free. Communication was fluid and always had a quick responce. I truly felt they cared and i had there support even with all my worries. 😛 Thank you Freemotion, amazing service!
