I ordered a Sherman Max from FreeMotion a couple years back. After a short period of time, the motor developed an odd clicking noise. I contacted freemotion and they INSTANTLY hooked me up with a place to have it repaired and it was just a few miles from where I lived, didn’t even have to ship it! We had some problems with the repair guy, but Ben at freemotion was RELENTLESS in pushing him to fix it correctly! He was constantly updating me throughout the process. The Sherman Max is an incredible wheel, but I wasn’t digging the flat grip-tape style pedals it came with. I ended up getting the FreeMotion CNC pedals, and I’m absolutely amazed at how well they’ve held up! I’m a big dude, 6’ 2” and 250 pounds. I’ve jumped, done drops, rode stairs, and been off road way more than on road the entire life of this wheel, and these pedals have taken it like a champ! Will continue to do business with FreeMotion for a long time.

I bought my first EUC (Electric Unicycle) from this provider. The only provider i could find that would ship to canada. Even better with free shipping, I compared price with other suppliers, and none matched with his prices. They also accepted paypal and mastercard, which some sites didn't. I did have an issue where i needed to pay a fee for Canada importation tax through UPS website so my package could cross the border, so if you ship it to canada keep a close eye on the tracker, if a COD payment is required, wait a day or 2 and a "Pay now" option will appear on the UPS tracking page. That is what happened to me. FreeMotion has refunded me 100% of that amount. So shipping IS free. Communication was fluid and always had a quick responce. I truly felt they cared and i had there support even with all my worries. Thank you Freemotion, amazing service!
