- Free Standard Shipping on all orders, excluding certain remote areas.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse based on product availability and the closest shipping location.
π Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- We use trusted carriers like UPS & FedEx Ground to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Each order receives a tracking number once shipped.
- π¨ Important: Air shipping is not available for lithium-powered items due to regulations.
π Shipping Schedule
- In-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) after payment clearance.
- Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the following week.
π Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return for eligible items.

A 10% restocking fee applies in the following cases:

π Return Procedure
1οΈβ£ Request Authorization: Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code and provide the reason for the return.
2οΈβ£ Condition of the Item: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original materials and the invoice.
3οΈβ£ Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping if they change their mind, cancel post-dispatch, or refuse delivery.
- ZoomRide covers return shipping if the product is defective, incorrect, or delayed due to our error.
